The food is a highlight for guests and a key component of balancing the nervous system. It heightens your senses, grounds you in your body and connects you to the Earth. We always aim to serve organic ingredients and when in season we use ingredients sourced from nearby local farms. Our menus are full of vegetables, grains, legumes and seeds.
Alcohol, caffeine and processed sugars are excluded to aid the rejuvenation process. Be it at the dining table or out in nature: meals can be enjoyed in a location of your choice. We accommodate most allergies and cater to most dietary requirements. Clean-eating is naturally delicious and the way nature intended. We serve vegetarian and plant-based meals that balance your body and mind. We also accommodate special requests and cater to various dietary needs and tastes.

Swiss Muesli Bowl
A mixture of rolled oats, nuts and seeds, chia seeds, hempseed, fresh or dried fruit soaked in vanilla oat milk, yogurt, or juice), cinnamon and or maple syrup (optional).
Sesame sourdough or multigrain toast boiled eggs and/or strawberry jam
Yerba Mate and/or South African Rooibos tea
Complete your journey with a Fire Ceremony and the tremendous healing potential of an adaptogenic Energy Elixir which contains superfoods such as maca, raw cacao, spirulina and a host of others. Enjoy a super-smoothie that rejuvenates and energises the body and mind.

Maybe Mixed salad greens, Feta cheese & mozzarella, warm new potatoes, cubed cucumbers, chopped bell peppers, edamame, spring onions, broccoli, avocado, radish slices, sliced tomatoes, pickled beet slices

Homemade salsa.
Served in a baked corn tortilla bowl with fresh cilantro, artisanal-infused olive oils, salts and balsamic vinegar

Maybe cheddar cubes,

Mixed nuts and pumpkin seeds, hummus, melba toast, and gluten-free crackers, olives, pickled cucumbers and Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Enjoy an earthy butternut soup to ground us at the start of our weekend.
Snacks available 24 / 7 include fresh fruit, trail mix, lemon muffins and a variety of teas.
